Hello Everyone,

So we have Greek Easter this Sunday so I decided to start early with the Greek food. I put the Blackstone to work to cook the Souvlaki, Civapi and Pita's. I cooked the Tyropita's in the oven and made a simple Horiatiki salad. The condiments are Avjar and Tzatziki.
