Smoked shallots -
Peppers - smoked peppers
Gerookte Paprika - smoked paprika powder
Egg Noodles -
Ajam Pedis - nice flavorful paste for sauce,cook it with chicken or pork
Sambel Pecel (karangsari) - sweet n spicy peanut sauce
Chan's Massala - massala powder,good for curry (or roti:wink:)
Maggi Bouillon - secret Surinam ingredient
Lemon Chutney - haven't got this one
Garlic Chutney - haven't tasted it yet
Chili Lime Chutney - haven't got this one
Malafish Indonesian cooking paste (trassie belachan bakar) - shrimp paste
Schylger Zoul- Ambachtelijk gerookt - Schylger Zout (smoked seasalt) made by a craftsman

Jeaniusz...does the color of the masala look like the masala you used for the roti?

Your masala looks a bit yellow compaired to the one I used in the smoked roti. I can't wait to try that recipe again! :becky:
