Kinda a hack copy of a salad Sako made recently.

Today I thought I would try the grill feature on the MAK. Not a lot of pics this went quick.

Grilled marinated thighs, corn and romaine.

I topped the grilled romaine with chopped chicken, corn, cheddar, pico, guac and some ranch.

Looks killer! I'm hooked on these Tom. Mine was a hack from Chef Tom @ ATBBQ
 
I have done the grilled romaine.The trick is just a few seconds over highheat so it does not wilt the whole half,just a bit of char on the outside.
 
Grilled salad is a quality of life issue. Any dish is elevated by charred lettuce.
