Finally started getting chilly on Long Island this past weekend and I just happened to have a chunk of leftover brisket in the freezer..(imagine that!),
so I scounged around and came up with some fixins as per the little slide show below.
Despite the outcome of the Cowboys-Giants game, it still tasted pretty darn good.
