Thank you Craig! Yes, I could tell the difference in texture. Most chickenfried steaks have a bit of a tug to them, they are fork tender but still have some "chew". This ribyeye was melt in your mouth tender. I really liked it.Well done Mam, that looks amazing. Can you tell a difference with a rib-eye and if so what is it? I want to try this so bad!
Don't knock it till you try it. In New Mexico we put green chile on just about every thing.
Now I got a craving and boneless ribeyes are on sale this week for 5.98 at the IGA.
