Wow! What a day Sunday was! Competed at Kre Winter BBQ Contest in Des Plaines. Came in last for sausage, 1st for Chicken, 5th for Ribs, and 9th for Pork Loin . I'm very happy with the results despite the weather, which was cold and rainy ALL DAY!!!

Go pro! I think the amateur comp at Westmont is ribs only. You've already gotten experience handling multiple meats. Go for it!
