the last one is the pit i made for my BIL last christmas. also as you can see, Irene showed her teeth Sunday about 4am. good news is the allpe tree at my neighbors was a free score! brisket is the start of this line up. enjoy again

yeah, it was nerve racking. being true to form what do I do in 60mph winds and sheets of rain??? back up the truck and hook to the smoker move to higher ground! She was saved!
