The same guy is still selling (allegedly) used 304 stainless steel drums for only $150 each.
You guys helped me before with the idea of using a grinder to take off the permanent lid. But I have a question. Wouldn't I just want to keep it on, invert it, cut out the bottom of the drum and have a stainless steel drum that a weber 22.5 kettle lid would fit perfectly on without further modifications?
I am already thinking about a 22.5 uds now lol.
