50MPH Sandwich 🥪

Found an isolated area for a two mile urban hike. Winds gusting towards 45-50mph. Meal today Is use what I have on hand. Wife two slices of 3Kgrain Euell Gibbons bread me one piece of Ezekiel- all toasted. Swiss-dill pickle & mustard and topped with crisped shredded pork, hickory smoked ham and pecan smoked bacon. Wife already getting restless, was in need of a Casino fix. I asked why she didn’t just open up an on line brokerage acct and gamble there. Damned if she didn’t.
Sandwich was excellent. She poured some Stubbs Sweet Heat on hers
