Up early to pull off these boneless butts my Farmer John neighbor dropped off. As he said - "These were squealing 48 hours ago". Used Harris Ranch BBQ Rub. Will pull and take some to all the neighbors for New Years "good luck" pork today. Need to get them ready for the next backyarder...
