3 Butts and Burnt Nuts

So I decided to stock up on pulled pork for the freezer and did 3 butts. Had the wife's family over too. Decided to smoke some shelled pistachios and time got away from me so most of them burned. I took a quick pic of the ones I managed to somewhat save. Hope everyone is having a great Labor Day weekend.

I believe I remember seeing you post that once, looked amazing. I got the smoked pistachios idea from PMAD, a bit of butter and rub.
