2nd Attempt at Ribs this weekend

They're Baby Backs ... although I may want to do St Louis style in honor of my Cardinals

Baby backs would be about the same times.

I have also had good luck with baby backs at 4-4.5 hours unfoiled at 250 degrees.

I have cooked them hot also at 300-325 for about 2-2.5 hours.

So many ways to do them and they all come out good.
 
Crap. Am I inadvertantly hijacking this thread? Apologies. I'm typically in the 225-250 range for my ribs, but I'm wondering if I'm getting incorrect temp readings now. How much liquid do you typically foil with?


1/4 cup of apple juice cider vinegar 50/50 mix.

2-1-1 at 250 deg and alter your times if necessary. This should give you excellent results.
What kind of smoker are you using?
 
I jut got my first batch of plow boys last week, at a Bass pro shop.
