is One Chatty Farker
Yesterday was our 2nd annual household Mac N Cheese cook off. Our daughter's Garlic Parm Mac N Cheese won last year, so she made that again this year. The wife made Croque Monsieur Pasta bake and I made Bacon 3 cheese Mac N Cheese Waffles. The wife won this year, but the waffles were a big hit.
Basic waffle batter with crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, mozzarella and asiago cheeses, chives, mustard powder and pepper.
Load up the waffle maker for the cook.
Looks nice and crispy.

Top is the Croque Monsieur and right side is the Garlic Parm. I made a Frank's Wing Sauce Maple syrup drizzle for the waffles and that just put the waffles into the gotta do it again category.
