Anyone know of any classes making a swing through the West Coast?
I'm not talking BBQ 101 (Paul Kirk) for the backyarders, but Competition technique instruction from proven winners.
The only one that I'm aware of is a tentative Swamp Boys Class.
PNWBA & CBBQA could probably field a few classes. Please post here and I'll try to help get the word out. MODS feel free to move to the appropriate forum.
