Here is my first brisket turn in box of 2009.

The brisket looks good Neil, perhaps a little dry or perhaps that is just the picture. How did you in the competition?

Since the IBCA events are not about appearance, I have probably not taken but 1 or 2 pictures over the years. I do photograph all of my KCBA entries though.

It's Restaurant Depot CAB Choice brisket. I finished 7th out of 22 teams. And it was very juicy. People are lining up to buy my brisket. Judges? I guess they just need some sweet sauce.
