Farkers are all stuck in the 170's after 11 hours...what the heck do I do now? Scott

Maybe jack the temps up just a bit if you're pressed for time..otherwise let it ride !!!!!


and maybe wear something different than those Daisy Duke jean shorts you wear when cooking... it's less than 10 degrees outside !!!! :biggrin:
 
Yeah, started with 15 ;) And the daisy duke shorts are good luck!!! I know, I know, the meat is done when it's done. So the fire box is running 430, the cook chamber around 275. We'll wait for a bit. Scott
