Babbling Farker
Grabbed a coupe of spares at Sam's. Trimmed them more or less St. Louis style. Rubbed one with Swamp Boys Original and one with Triple 9:
Set the MAK for 1 hr @ Smoke setting, then 275F. Wrapped in foil around 170. Pulled 'em 202ish. Dusted some more rub on. Turned out like this:
Added some fries, pintos and beer. Forgot to get a plated (on Okie China of course) shot. Sue me. Not world beaters but better than McDonalds...
