2 lb choice Porterhouse PrOn

Cpr

Your porterhouse and cost of same reminded me of my first serious date in high school.
Took my breath away, as well as my lunch money. And I was saving up and ready to do it again the next weekend. Fantastic

Wish I could justify $19.99 per lb.!! Good looking hunk of cow.

Matt

I just found this butcher about 6 weeks ago. The porterhouse is cheaper than the prime ribeye (25.00 per lb.). The beef is "certified" grass fed and I certainly can tell a difference, but I don't eat these every week.

Must've been a good date!

You have the coolest avatar I've seen on here so far.

They've got some aged ribs and an occasional aged t-bone at the grocery store here, always wanted to buy one aged and one regular to see how much difference there is. A set of ribs in that "special" cooler run almost $200.
