Pork--Avoid white pork. Make sure every piece has some bark. Choose inch diameter
( bite size ) pieces. Add a little sauce.

If you go to Sam's or Costco, they have packs of 100 styrofoam take out boxes that are close to the turn in boxes you'll get, so you can do a full run through to see how they turn out.

I always recommend anymore, mostly because I didn't do it at first, to sauce everything. Judges like sauce, and it helps things not look dry.
