1967 Smoke Cookbook

Not mine, but saw a guy share this book that his wife stumbled upon at a thrift store. How cool is this?!?! Would love to see recipes and methods from 1967. Hard to imagine that man cooked without pellets… lol.

'Smoke roasting', pretty much says it all. And the prices were good. Seasonings were simple, and so was the finished product.
