We cooked for a Back to School event at our kids old school.
130 Pounds or 16 Pork Butts cooking on my Spicewine Smoker.

Also cooked 160 Quarter Pound Burgers
and a Ridiculous amount of
Hot Dogs

Lastly, we cooked 50 pounds of Sausage’s
across 3 different types.
Colombian, Mexican, and Polish.

There was also be sides of Potato and Macaroni Salads.

I cooked the Pork Low and Slow at 225 degrees in trays on my Large Spicewine.
Turned out great. Delicious and super tender!
 
You should have posted all that in the Happy Phriday thread! Ha!

Haven't heard Spicewine in a while. Still kickin'.
