At home on the range in Wyoming
I decided to go with lollipops for the "Legs!" Throwdown. These were dry brined with Naturiffic Harvest brine for 4 hours and seasoned with cracked pepper. I did an indirect cook at temps around 375° with some wine barrel splits. Thanks for looking....

Wowser, those look great!

You can cook for me anytime.

Drumsticks cook a little differently when lollipopped (sp?) because the shape is so consistent. Plus I remove most of the big tendon and as much of the 6 or 7 little ones, along with the toothpick sized fibula bone. I think they stay moister too.... or maybe that's the Harvest Brine. :rolleyes:
 
Excellent legs, Throwdown or not! Love the Moose themed leg holders, too. :mrgreen:
 
I don’t even see the point in lollipop legs but I’d CRUSH those thirdeye!!!
