I find Aussie/Kiwi lamb kind of gamey tasting. Does rub and smoke take away the taste. I Love American lamb, but have no idea why the foreign stuff tastes weird.
 
Looking very good, brother! :thumb: I have never made a bone-in leg of lamb. I always have it boned, rolled, and tied. Do you find it to be more flavorful when the bone is left in?
