Wow!! That is one awesome plate of food!! The flavor profile is spot-on, and I loved that you used your mortar and pestle. I'm using this recipe. I like that you used two unique cooking methods to create this masterpiece, smoking, and braising.
 
And to think I was picking up some Shanks this morning and put them back down.
My all time favourite piece of Lamb.
