Sunday Ribs & Monday Supper (PRON)
This weekend I made some ribs. Harris Teeter had a sale of buy one get one free on ribs and I couldn't resist. I decided to try a different rub that had a Moroccan flavor to it. My second brisket!
So I am starting my second brisket EVER. My first was great but it dried out kinda quickly once I cut it. I'l post photos in a minute. So for this brisket I trimmed all of the hard lumps of fat, most of the fat separating the point from the flat and whatever else looked ugly to me. I started... -

Baby girls B-day.I worked all day on my grill build.(updates coming)...if I wanted another kid, Sunday would have been the day to make it with all that manly stuff...lol.(kidding ladies). Ok, so I have done a couple free range brisketts. But they were trimmed and also included other parts of the cow. So those two don't count. I followed Popdaddy's youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQCeXzhWz3U video the closest. Which is the best BBQ videos on the internet! Love the... -
