Jun 7, 2008 #6 Ha Ha. 2 Butts - 15lbs - post cook weight 10lbs - 1/3lbs serving 30 servings. 2 chuck rolls - 12lbs - post cook weight 8lbs - 1/3lbs serving - 24 servings 4 chickens - quartered - 16 quarters - pulled 5lbs - 1/3lbs serving - 15 servings. If you're dropping off only the meat and not serving - you should be ok. If you're serving sandwiches - definitely enough.
