After our trip through construction in the Bronx...

I'd have to say the safety chains on the lang...

I like that collapsible trash can you all have. Where'd you get something like that?

For me, I'd go with tables with adjustable heights.

Chicken thigh tongs?

Its just what I call them. These get a secure hold from end to end on the bone without screwing up the finish on the skin. The newer type tongs , when gripping from end to end, the thigh wanted to slide out and hit the deck.

Jeeeez, looks like something from an operating room/ You performing surgeries on the side?

Our Comp Trailer! Ok I have to admit this.........When Guy mentioned wanting the trailer I initially said (In typical Female Fashion:icon_blush:) No..What do we need a trailer for!! Well, after our first season with one I would never want to pack...unpack another car again. Prep is easy. I have everything stored where we can find it. So, Yep it has to be the trailer. Priceless!!

A set of inexpensive small paintbrushes in various sizes and shapes for cleaning up boxes that The Kapn spills sauce all over!!!

Thats COLD!
Very true, but cold
You forgot the surgical tweezers.

I think a trailer--(open, closed, or in-between)--with hot water, prep area, and all of that-- has been the biggest benefit to us!
CheKeeta has made it fun again.

The most suprising tool I own other than my Klose Mobile Pit is as follows.
EZ-up tent, generator.........quiet mod, fan to keep me cool.
Thermo pens, bottled rub.
The latest and greatest suprising tool, my latest purchase is my reclining chair that I purchased from Cabelas.
It reclines like my Lazyboy chair. I can then grab short but very comfy nap time between feedings of wood to the beast.
If I can grab some naps.........Im good to go.
If no naps...................please do not disturb.

A level. I don't even know where it came from, but at Lenexa it seemed like we were on the side of a mountain and it came in pretty farkin handy when we were cramming aluminum foil under the WSM legs.

Like others, I love my Thermapen, but the pop-up canopy is also a must have! Also, a good pair of tongs are priceless.

that's a better idea than having a big box fan ready and aimed at the ash bin... Thanks for the idea!!!

I picked this idea up from a friend...Wally World has cheap ($!) hand-held fans with soft collapsing blades. Stick one in your pocket and keep handy for keeping cool or for bumping up the heat in the firebox on the fly!!
