Stuffed burgers. Alway a hit at my house, although I am the only kid there.

Kids gobble this:
Smothered burgers.
Brown some burgers in a skillet. Make a roux in the skillet with onions (or not) and add either milk or beef broth. Re heat the burgers in the gravy.
Serve with peas and mashed potatoes.

Frito Pie:

Open a small bag of Fritos
Dump in 1/2 can of heated canned chili
Cover with sour cream and grated cheddar.

Yum. Way kid friendly.
Obviously can be scaled up with bigger bags of chips, and homemade chili.

x2 on chicken strips. My girls also love grilled steak. They're easy to feed.

Also, anything they can help cook ensures they'll eagerly eat it.

It is rainy and gross out, how about really good homemade tomato soup and grilled cheese?

2 packages good English Muffins
16oz jar pizza sauce
2 12oz bags shredded mozarella

makes 24 mini pizzas.

Kids, and adults, gobble them up
actually i have two package of muffins in the drawer, now i have 2morrow nights dinner. I am losing my friggin mind siting at home i cant wait to go back to work

Good, Quick and Easy

My easy go to dinner is Shrimp and Pasta in a Quick Herbal Bechamel Sauce
Steam Shrimp with seasoning of choice added to water, 2 minutes
Boil Pasta, I like Angel Hair for this, 4 minutes
Over medium high heat in a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter with 1 tablespoon olive oil, add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and whisk for 1 minute
Pour in 1 cup of Half and Half, simmer 2 minutes
Add 1 tablespoon Pesto sauce, stir well.
Plate Pasta, top with Shrimp, pour on Sauce, top with grated Parmesan....
