Wife loved the Nacho's, I had to leave alone just now.

This is the first butt, sliced, I have two more to get done

This turned out to be some very tender and moist Pork butt.:-D:biggrin:

Great looking eats as usual Jacob.

Seems your doing Q almost everyday lately, gotta love it.
Nah brother, I wish I was. This is what I cooked this last weekend and stuck in the fridge. I decided to slice it up before I freeze it.

Looking good.

I prefer chopped to pulled but that thin sliced looks sweet.

Try this brother, and you will see.
1) toast a bun w/butter
2) spread a thin layer of mayo on the bottom piece of the bun.
3) add a couple thin slices of tomato
4) Add sliced pork about a quater #
5) add sauce of choice- aboout two table spoons
6) cover with top piece of bun
7) eat and enjoy
8) Send me $5 via pay pal
:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::wink:

Sounds nice, I've used up leftovers with chunky home made apple sauce in place of the Mayo
