28° a little over a mile with a 30 pound ruck sack on my shoulder in a little over 17 minutes, gotta get that to 15 but it’s slowly coming down.

Time to eat!!!

3 eggs (gotta have Tapatío,) polish sausage, and a splash of half and half.

Thanks for lookin!

Thanks George!

28 degrees in the AM is pretty sweet this time of year.

And that's a fine way to greet the day.

It felt awesome!

Great looking breakfast but, my knees hurt just thinking of your run

Ooooh make no mistake it’s a walk not a run, running kills my knees but funny enough walking makes them feel much better than not walking, but they don’t like the rowing machine.

I’m weird and I know it… :der:

Fried onions on that polish sausage, and some home fries to go with those scrambled eggs and im in heaven. Side of rye toast......

My miles come in about 19-20 minutes without the weight.
It is up hill both ways though

17 mins with weight, that’s great!

The breakfast would be worth waiting for.
