So I microwaved a steak tonight

I cooked a beautiful ribeye on the pit boss using my grill grates tonight. After the expected 7 minutes I tempted it and got 125. Turned off the cooker and brought inside to rest. Once I cut into my steak I seen it was blue. I could have ate it but decided to give it a other minute only the grill was already off. 30 seconds in the microwave got me right to medium rare.

While I could never do ketchup I dont mind A-1 from time to time. What I'll never get is those videos I see where folks smother a steak in cheese
