The draw starts at 1, usually takes awhile. Sometimes early results leak out. Otherwise I wouldnt expect anything for at least another hour.

Saw where cell phones would likely be banned at the draw to avoid early leakage of news. I am guessing at least 2 or 2:30 central before anyone hears a word.
