Did you know there is a Sammich Throwdown going on? Cook a sammich and enter, it's a load of fun!

Anyhow, had a package of pork tenderloin to either use or throw in the freezer. Decided on a sammich. Slice the tenderloin in about 1 1/2" thick pieces and pound thin to about 3/8" (Sorry no pic). Then season em up with some Pork Mafia Memphis Mud, my go to rub for anything pork.

Threw on some taters seasoned with Oakridge BBQ Santa Maria rub.

Coming along nicely.

Glaze with some Yes Dear Competition sauce.

Time for eats. Some grilled onions and pickles to finish things off.

I don't care for pork tenderloin. Thanks for showing me a new way to use it Andy! That is an awesome sandwich.

I have a tender to pull out. They bore me. But, this sammich....

Yep me too. Was looking for something different to do with it and ran across this. https://www.101cookingfortwo.com/grilled-memphis-pork-tenderloin-filet/

Funny if you google pork tenderloin sandwich, 95% of the results are the breaded Iowa pork tenderloin sandwiches, which aren't made with tenderloin but regular pork loin.
