Minced a Tri Tip and Bacon in the blender,seasoned with Q salt
The blender works the meat well, no binders etc needed.















Home grown salad,nice and fresh and simple,1lb tomatoes

You really got that flat top looking spiffy. Great job on the smash burger, those can get addictive. What is the name of that tomato, looks like a really good one. Always looking for new ones to grow. Thanks
