From the looks of things, 2008 isn't likely. I can't find a date that seems to work. I'd have to come up with a date and the $300 sanctioning fee within the month to give us plenty of time to organize a top notch event. Cash is too tight now with no sponsors yet. First step is going to be signing on sponsors.

Just want to tell you that I had a ton of fun at Peculiar! Jeff, your food was as good as I have seen!! Hopefully you will let me cook with you again... You guys sure made me feel welcome and I know that any given day that Jeff's food would have won!! He's the man! See you guys soon..
