My Uncle is arriving on Saturday from Sydney for a visit, so I'll be doing ribs, slaw and scalloped potatos on Sunday.

Thawing some lephtover brisket and doing brisket tacos tomorrow.
Sunday morning 6am, we start a 10hour drive to the south of PHrance phor our holiday.
Have WGA with me and will be Qing some meat in the evening!

It's the first Sunday of the NFL Regular Season (so that means a ton of games on the telly). That also means it's time for wings. Flavors include Smoked Buffalo, Jamaican Jerk, and Garlic Parmesan.

We also have a glut of peaches, so I'm planning a day (or two) of chutney and BBQ sauce production.
