Ribs look amazing Sako, we had a CF Duroc ham for Easter and yes it was a hit, great flavor and texture not too salty.
 
How come my creekstone ribs never look that good!

You've been putting out some primo cooks lately. :)
 
Love me some short ribs, and I know those are good. Have some of those in the freezer. Been trying to decide if I should cook them, or turn them into pastrami. Never made short rib pastrami, but I think it would be good.

Thanks Josh! Short rib pastrami??? Sounds insane. :shocked: Got a freezer full of 'em so may as well.
 
Nice work Sako, it looks like you got a significantly better rack the I cooked Saturday.
I highlighted all the huge fat veins that were in there. I can't envision a scenario where all that fat could render. I have 3 more and I'm hoping for better on the next ones.
