Ribs done. Meat fell off it so I had to eat some.

Crazy happy about the way the wings came out. Just like when I do the on my egg at the same temp they were nice and crispy. Even after I sauced half of them those that were sauced didn't get soft.
Beef ribs also great. I cut most of it off the bone and left some on so I could eat those bones :-D
Copperhead keeps crushing it. You could do a ton of wings on this thing :-D.
Gosh darn it you... I was secretly hoping the wings would be a major flop! I don’t need to spend more money... lol. How many lbs of wings did you cook and were they just confined to one grate or would they spread across more than one grate. I’ve been looking for an easy way to cook upwards of 20 lbs of wings when we host “finger food” type get togethers.
Those beef ribs look real good. And the chicken wings look crispier than the "Vortex" wings I cook on the kettle. I need to air dry my next batch of wings before I cook.
I'm learning great deal about the Copperhead from your cooks. I still haven't fired up mine yet but I feel confident I'm going to love the smoker based on your cooks.
I kinda want one of these. They never dropped below 199 in my area so I didnt bite. Costco has a 7 series right now for $449...obviously a far cry from $1xx but it was pretty big.
Wow, wonder where he learned "cheers" from? Nice pizza, and it certainly looks kid approved.
