Sliders And Wangs Two Nights In A Row..

Had to get up to the cabin to take care of a few things Wednesday so I bought some food to take that would be easy to make. Can't be any easier than burgers and wings

Wed night

Thawed some shrimp I had in the freezer

Some King's Hawaiian rolls and the usual suspects except the shrimp

Served with some fries

Gotta say I've never put shrimp as a topping but the sweet from the rolls and the shrimp set this slider off :thumb::thumb:

Thursday night at home. Got my shipment of Carolina Treet so marinated the wings in it along with Loot N Booty Gold Star and a touch of HDD :clap2:

Home made bacon

Patties dusted with Carne Crosta

Served

Just about no room for the wings :laugh: but they were killer as well

SnS wangs are right there with Vortex wangs guys

So, Friday night I kind of got tired of beef and chicken so I decided seafood

Swordfish filets, Steelhead Trout, some 16/20 shrimp and a portabella shroom

A dash of lemon on the swordfish and melted butter on the shrimp :clap2:

Out of this world good

Shrimp on a slider - kind of a mini poboy - genius. Careful on repeating that wing thing too often - its a disease. on second thought don’t worry. At least you’ll die happy.

:laugh: Thanks Robb! Man, I had a performer then sold it off but had my JJ and SJ and the WSM but the 22 kettle is the ticket for sure. Paired with and SnS it's all I've been using 90% of the time since I got it early last year.
