Thanks guys. I bought it from some “artisanal” butcher. They don’t grade their meat, but the guy at the counter said it would be between a choice and prime. I gotta say, it blew me away. So much rich, juicy, rendered fat. I never had a brisket like this. It blew the Creekstone Prime out of the water.
