Small ribeye

I got a small 2# ribeye the other day.
It makes a nice dinner for 4.
Rubbed with "boss" rub and tied.

On the UDS with some friendly chicken legs

2 hours later measured 130*.

Plated with nyoki with butter and chestnut sauce.

Peeled roasted chestnuts sautéed in butter for 2-3 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of silan or honey. Mix for another min.
Add half a cup of cream. In my case it was non lactose milk.
Mix until bubbles appear.
Then pour over the pasta.

I looked it up and you're right. It's the phonetic pronunciation.
