Youtube channel that's half decent

My Youtube channels that I watch while I'm on the elliptical (I've got to work off that beef/pork somehow) are: Shirley Fabrication, Lone Star Grillz, and Gator Pit.

I love seeing the pride and quality that they have in those pits. Happy streaming Brethren!

I watch a lot of Malcolm Reed, his style of video just works for me and got me interested in this style of cooking. I also enjoy T-Roy cooks and allthingsbbq.

The BBQ Pit Boys are getting to where they're too produced and contrived. I still like Malcom Reed. Baby Back Maniac reminds me to just let it go when I have an urge to video anything because I can't even approach his quality.

I guess I'll stick to obscure heavy metal videos and Russian car crashes.

The old BBQ Pit Boys (don't like the new stuff and recently it's very repetitive)

Rus Jones at Smoky Ribs BBQ and Southern Cuisine. He recently joined the brethren btw.

Malcolm Reed at How to BBQ Right

Troy at T-Roy Cooks

Greg at Ballistic BBQ

Justin at Baby Back Maniac

Forgot about Tom at All Things BBQ

I really appreciate the compliment (and the suggestion to look up Russian car crashes...which I will do soon) but you should totally start a channel. I had no idea what I was doing when I started last year. Didn't even know how to record with my DSLR (I googled it.) Besides, youtube isn't about production quality anyways...it's about putting yourself out there and telling a good story.

You should give it a shot. If you have any questions about it, hit me up. I'll be happy to help if I can. Babybackmaniac at gmail dot com.

Not all YouTube, not all BBQing, but some cooking channels that I've learned from:

Laura Vitale was born in Italy and grew up in her father's pizzerias. I wish I could make a pizza crust half as round as hers.
