Not sure what this thread is about, but just casually searching the forum while eating my favorite late night snack........

I don't wrap food directly with foil.
I used anodized aluminum baking pans (safe, stable aluminum).
I wrap first with parchment, then foil.

Is this necessary? Dunno
Is it an easy precaution? Yep
