I have found it is less efficient with the guru. It holds temp fine with minor adjusting longer when run naturally. At least that has been my experience but I only used the guru once.

Awesome new rig! If I were to ever get a cabinet smoker, I think I'd go with the one you got. I bet the wait killed ya, and you're glad it's over, haha. I get my Shirley Fab in roughly 3 weeks, and the wait is driving me nuts!

That holds a 5 gallon carboy to feed the water pan. I just didn't have one yet when I took the picture.
