As my daughter would say, "Ehr meh gerd...That's, like, AWESOME!" Beautiful color, love the way the spices show up on the skin and the moistness... jeez... I'm drooling.
 
In IBCA, most cook it hot and direct. Also, the judging is with a knife and fork.

Yeah the knife and fork I'm not too worried about. I actually tested this with a plastic set and this cut very easy. The danged breast skin is the only part I'm worried about. Rubbery and un appetizing. The rest of the skin is perfect.
