Golfers always trying to improve their swing. Shooters always trying to group tighter. There is no reason a backyard chef shouldn't try to improve his/her game as well. Try it. Keep trying others. You never know when the panacea is going to show up. I have my regulars but I am constantly trying others. Have enough faith in your favorite to experiment with others. I cook out with coals 3-5 days minimum per week. It's no problem working in a newbie. I'm going to try it. Thanks for posting.
