Noobian entry.

My wench brought home 2 steaks! So I rummaged around and provisions were scarce. In the pantry I found a jar of mixed spices my wife had got for Christmas, it was for making dippin oil it smelled good so what the hell I said. I added some EVOO and was looking for some balsamic vinegar, no luck, so I settled with apple cider vinegar. So the concoction went on the steaks and veggies and I fired up the gasser and gave it a go!!
