Made the best hamburgers last night that Ive ever had and ever made in my life. I like to make what I call Ranch burgers. Started with 1.4 lbs of that new Beer Lion Butchers Brand angus beef. 80/20. Stired in a packet of Ranch dressing powder; a good tblsp Lea & Perrins worcestershire; one egg; and about a tsp of my garlic powder. Worked them up into 6 thick burgers and dropped them onto my Weber that had original Kingsfords fired up and ready.
In the meantime, I sliced up a big yellow onion - 6 thick slices. Put a pat of butter on each slice and soaked them in some New River Pale Ale.
Grilled the onion and the burgers perfectly and melted a slice of provolone on 3 of them and then put them on Martin Potato buns which were also grilled. Guys, it was as good as sex. Not chittin ya. Sorry no pics, we ate em before I could grab the camera.
