The EVERYTHING American Burger
I'll copy the pictures from the home page of my blog, so they won't be the size of the Imax (ron)
So I had the idea to do my Outside In Burger again ... and that was done already. Then I decided to do the Outside In Burger wrapped in bacon ... and that got done too. At that point I said screw it. Every idea I have is taken, so instead of coming up with a new idea. I'll just combined ALL of my ideas :crazy:
So it started off with breaking in the new Brethern glass. (As you can see the print in VERY faint, and once the glass has anything in it. You can't even see the print. It's going up on my display shelf anyway, so all is good)
I then diced an onion and green pepper (before adding the Angus beef and bacon)
While I was preparing the burgers. My g/f was getting the fries together. She had the sweet potatoes and I had the regular fries with Stubs Spicy and 3 Beer Rub
Added our new Pepper Palace Whiskey Rub and some whirshireeresehsirere sauce and patted them out
Added the cheese to the middle
My burger was nearly twice the size of Dawn's so I put it in the back where it'd cook hotter.
Then I added more bacon and cheese on top
THEN ........... I through on the doughnut bun
Brought it inside and added some left over pulled pork I had
I had to hold it all together with a skewer so it'd stand up straight.
