Okay, when I got the rotisserie for Mongo's birthday, my first thought was, guinea pig. They certainly are tasty.

But, I worried about scaring Gore's kids, so I decided on chicken, instead.

Besides, my guinea pigs are not quite fat enough to eat.

Just to be clear, I would never deep fry guinea pig. Roasted or braised is the only way to go.

Guinea pig borscht is just plain crazy. :crazy:

Thanks Paul, the girls' guinea pigs are both safe and I assured them that CD is a thousand miles away and has no idea where we live (even changed my location!). I've given them some hot chocolate and cookies and they've stopped crying now.
